Betadine is a topical solution containing the active ingredient Povodine-iodine. It is primarily used for cleansing of minor cuts, scrapes and burns. It helps prevent and reduce the risk of infection by rapidly killing harmful bacteria, viruses and germs.

Also helps with fungal infections of the skin, preparation of the skin before surgery and injections.
