We process orders Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Customers will be provided with a, email update with tracking information once we process the order. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you & refund the total amount of the item(s) of your order using the original payment method, or we will offer a suitable product in exchange if possible. 1) Shipping Rates: (Regular Parcel) (Some restrictions may apply)
-Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan- Over $200 FREE -Flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $200
- Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Quebec & Yukon- Over $300 FREE -Flat rate of $35 applies to orders under $300
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut & Prince Edward Island- Over $400 FREE- Flat rate of $40 applies to orders under $400
** Please note that shipping charges are subject to change for packages consisting of heavy or bulky items- (ex, supplements, cowboy hats). Cowboy Creek reserves the right to change shipping rates, policy & free shipping threshold at any time. Cowboy Creek reserves the right to ship via a provider that provides the most competitive rate.

2) Damaged Items in Transport- All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the handling of shipment is outside of our control. Please note that damage to the product box or packaging alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement, as the box is intended to protect the product during shipping. However if the item itself arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team at cowboycreek@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We will gladly review the issue & work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
3) Lost/stolen Packages- Cowboy Creek will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping company with your tracking number. If the issue cannot be resolved after contacting the courier, reach out to us and will will try our best to help.
4) Freight Charges on Returns- FREIGHT CHARGES INCURRED ON AN ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN. Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with returning items.
